How It Works

Dropping in is simple. Contact us in advance to let us know you’re coming, and we’ll recommend the most appropriate class based on your experience level. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in, meet the coach, and get familiar with the space. Each session includes a structured warm-up, technical drills, and live training, all led by experienced instructors who prioritize safety, productivity, and respect.

Prerequisites
